About David & Denise Gelinas
David Gelinas began his entrepreneurial journey at just 16 years old with his very first customer, Mrs. Saperstein, cleaning windows for $2 each. By the time he married Denise at 18, his business had grown to include office cleaning, commercial floor care, and carpet cleaning for major clients such as Publix, Circle K, Napa Auto Parts, and even Southwest Florida International Airport. Over the decades, David and Denise expanded their expertise to terrazzo, marble, and concrete polishing through their company, 1800Marbleguy, serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Their commitment to excellence and innovation led them to establish a stone restoration school, teaching students nationwide and consulting on projects from New York to Puerto Rico. Always looking for ways to serve homeowners better, they launched iLoveMySink.com—a natural extension of their stone restoration work—specializing in one-day kitchen sink upgrades. This unique service allows homeowners to replace dated sinks with modern designs, modify countertops as needed, and install new fixtures, all backed by their extensive knowledge of stone care and restoration.
